Credits and refunds

Automatic refunds

If an AI generation fails before a usable result is delivered, the credits reserved for that generation are returned automatically. A rejected prompt or reference image is not charged.

Payment issues

If PayPal confirms a payment but credits do not appear, contact hello@craftgrid.app with the PayPal order ID. We will investigate the payment record and correct the credit balance or issue a refund where appropriate.

Requests

Unused credit purchase refund requests may be submitted within 14 days. Include the order ID and account email. Credits already consumed by successful generations are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
